Crocheted piggy hat: Baby OOTD #2
I loved this crocheted piggy hat my daughter wore. This is a bit of an older OOTD - these pictures were taken on our summer holiday when we went to Finland. Maybe a month ago - it was a hot summer day.
She was wearing a Monsoon shirt, Ted Baker leggings, and her trusty piggy hat. So many people have asked us where did she get her hat from, in case they could find a similar one, and every time we have had to disappoint them by telling them it is from abroad, and it is hand-made. We bought the hat from a market place from an old lady that crochets them herself.
I do love the hat so we will probably have to go back there next summer to see if they have come up with any new patterns! I wish I could (and had the time to) crochet - I'd be making all kinds of cute hats for her in the mean time...

ReplyDeleteI've been really happy with Ted Baker baby clothes, we have a few if them and I find them to be a bit different from your average Mothercare.

ReplyDeleteI know! I should have gotten a bigger size too! Though, they weren't exactly cheap, being hand-made and all that. If I see them again I'm gonna suggest they will do other animals too :)
